I bought an air ticket via the Internet and would like to have it delivered to my address. Will there be a charge for this?
Royal Air Maroc pays for the cost of delivery.
Does Royal Air Maroc deliver tickets all over the world?
Royal Air Maroc delivers tickets only in the countries it flies to and has only one address in the country of initial departure.

For example: a Paris-Casablanca-Paris ticket will be delivered only to an address in France.
If I buy a ticket via Internet and want to pick it up myself at the agency or airport, do I have to hand over my credit card again upon picking up the ticket?
Yes, you have to hand over your credit card upon retrieving your ticket. Your credit card will be debited only once.You will also be asked to show your personal identity card.
I bought an air ticket via the Internet and would like to modify the dates of travel, what should I do?
To change the dates of travel you obligatorily must get in touch with our customer service center or the Royal Air Maroc office connected with the point of departure.
How can I reserve a flight on Royal Air Maroc if I don’t have any way to pay over the Net?
On the Net only payment by credit card is accepted. If you dispose of another way to pay, please get in touch with the Royal Air Maroc office in the country of departure.
I purchased a ticket over the Internet and want to be reimbursed. Can this be done?
If the fare conditions so allow, you can be reimbursed. To do this, you have to get in touch with the Royal Air Maroc office in the country of departure.
